  • Aley Greig

    TRAINER

Aley Greig is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and the newest addition to the PIVOT team. Aley fell in love with fitness playing competitive team sports growing up, and elite field hockey in university. After an acute concussion ended her university athletic career, Aley turned to the gym and strength training to discover new ways to continue her love of physical activity, off the pitch. She developed a growth mindset and learned how to channel her energy and competitive drive into every new fitness challenge. Whether it’s high-intensity interval training, deep core work, weights, or skiing, Aley is always up for a workout and a good sweat.

Implementing that growth mindset with her clients, Aley works to find little lifestyle changes and develops workouts to help clients achieve their fitness goals, both mentally and physically, while still making fitness fun.
