Saturdays 8AM - 9AM Undercover at Carnarvon School with Aley

Elevate your mornings with our invigorating outdoor bootcamps. Blending dynamic and functional movements, core stabilization, mobility work and bursts of cardio to create a holistic fitness experience (and a serious sweat). Fun music, fresh air, and some major endorphins to start your day!

Sundays 9:30AM - 10:30AM Pivot Studio with Yunes

This class uses a mixture of core, metabolic hiit, weights, calisthenics, and more to condition you head to toe, mind and pumping soul. Come one, come all and work it; with your own dedicated station and equipment where you can unleash the beast within and leave doing things you never thought possible.
